# Beniamino Marini > Senior product designer, ex-dev, based in Berlin. I own design systems, visual language, and AI-enabled workflows across products. Portfolio of Beniamino Marini. I made Syntax readable by them. PMs and coding agents now build on-brand UI by default, and “agent-ready design system” became company direction, with my spec as the reference. (2026) - [The busiest page, restarted without new headcount](https://youcancallmeben.design/case-studies/project-show): The project page is the most-visited page in the product, opened by about half of all users, and close to the money. The redesign stalled when capacity disappeared. I restarted it by making changes cheap: an AI agent builds the UI fixes I file, and the new page is about 80% design system, up from about 50%. (2025) ## More work - [Driving adoption when reality fights back](https://youcancallmeben.design/case-studies/syntax): One design system across seven product UIs in a newly merged company. The hard part was adoption. I made it measurable for the first time. (2023–2025) - [A scalable data-table pattern](https://youcancallmeben.design/case-studies/table): Across our products, tables had multiplied, each with different filters, actions and accessibility. One shared table pattern is replacing them. (2024) - [Wanda Design System](https://youcancallmeben.design/case-studies/design-system): Earlier work at Wonderflow: an open-source design system focused on accessibility. I contributed guidelines, documentation and component quality checks alongside the lead designer. (2022) ## Optional - [Full text of the case studies](https://youcancallmeben.design/llms-full.txt): Every case study in plain text, with images described by their alt text. Generated from the live pages at each build.
