I own the design system that teams and AI agents build with, and the product work that ships on top of it.
Once a developer, always a bit of one. My ideas tend to show up as working prototypes.
A reorganization cut capacity, and more UI was going to be built by PMs and AI agents. I made Syntax readable by them. PMs and coding agents now build on-brand UI by default, and “agent-ready design system” became company direction, with my spec as the reference.
The project page is the most-visited page in the product, opened by about half of all users, and close to the money. The redesign stalled when capacity disappeared. I restarted it by making the work cheaper: closed tickets went from a handful a month to about 25.
One design system for a newly merged company with six products. The hard part was adoption. I made it measurable for the first time.
Six products had grown their own tables, each with different filters, actions and accessibility. One shared table pattern is replacing them.
Earlier work at Wonderflow: an open-source design system focused on accessibility. I contributed guidelines, documentation and component quality checks alongside the lead designer.
